The 2026-2027 Unit and County Officer forms were mailed in with the 2026 Convention Call to the current Unit/County Presidents listed on ALAMIS. They are due back to the Department Office no later than July 1st.

The County Committee Lists are dues back to the office by August 1st.

MAKE A COPY OF THIS FOR YOUR RECORDS AND SEND A COPY TO YOUR COUNTY.  IF YOU NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE DUES REMIT TO NAME/ADDRESS; PLEASE FILL OUT A NEW 2026 UNIT DATA FORM (BLUE FORM) AND SEND IT TO THE OFFICE BY MAIL/EMAIL BY THE DATES BELOW. WE WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY CHANGES OVER THE PHONE.

• FOR THE SEPTEMBER 2026 RENEWALS– YOU NEED TO SEND AN UPDATE TO THE OFFICE NO LATER THAN JULY 20, 2026.
• FOR THE EARLY 2027 RENEWAL NOTICES- YOU NEED TO SEND IN THE UPDATE NO LATER THAN December 18, 2026.
