Congratulations to the National Scholarship winners!

From the Department of NY the following was selected:

The Department Scholarship winners have two options for how these funds may be distributed:

Option 1:
The scholarship may be disbursed in two equal installments of $500.00 each, sent directly to your school—one for the first semester and one for the second semester.
To proceed with this option, please send us the following:

• A copy of your first semester schedule
• The name and address of your school
• Your student ID number
• A school contact person (name, title, and contact information)

To receive the second installment, you will also need to provide:

• A copy of your second semester schedule
• Your first semester grades

Option 2:
A single check for $1,000.00 can be mailed directly to you during your second semester, to be used at your own discretion.
To choose this option, you must provide:

• A copy of your first semester grades
• Your second semester schedule
• The mailing address where you would like the check sent

Please notify us of your selected option at your earliest convenience so we can ensure a smooth release of the scholarship funds.
