My special thanks to Department President, Ann Geer for granting me the privilege to create and maintain this website. It is an extreme honor to volunteer my time for The American Legion Auxiliary, Department of New York.

Department President, Ann's  Special Project

This is the Thirteen (13th) year we have established an Internet Presence. I'm so proud  you are taking advantage of the conveniences this website offers the Legion Family...

For all the Sunflowers,  start your tour of this site from the  Home page

On the left are links to special subjects on this website -- once you click on a link, a new page will open, some of these pages have additional links on the right with more information on the subject matter.

If there are no links on the right, scroll to the bottom of the page, there may be additional links.

I created a special page with many diversified links. This information is for the entire Legion Family. They were researched to make it easy for you to explore the internet! You can find these on the  Links  page.

You will be able to view a lovely picture of  Our Department President, Our Department Commander  and  Detachment of NY Commander

To navigate through this site with ease, click  "Search"

All  Report Forms, and Scholarship Applications, are created in (PDF) format so you can use your computer keyboard to fill them out! Click on icon  Download Adobe Acrobat Reader free  to download Adobe Acrobat Reader. Did I mention it is Free?

Don't forget our Computer Tips  page, they are from the experts!  We also have Tutorial links (thanks to National Headquarters, ALA) and others!

If there is any other information you would like to see on this site, please contact me.
 anniev8@verizon.net
I will see that the Department President receives this information, or,  the  Department Office.

Please Note:
All information on this site must have the current
Department President's approval!

Enjoy your time while visiting our site...and "God Bless You" for Volunteering!

We do not enter our site for any more awards.
Several years ago the NALPA Director asked if I would volunteer to judge their awards for the best websites.
Of course I replied with a positive answer! I now judge all NYALPA & NALPA Websites
with the assistance of Bob Morrill & Priscilla Imburgia - therefore, it's not feasible to enter our Website for any awards...
