Requirements for
Samsung Scholarship High School Juniors who participate in and complete either an
American Legion Auxiliary Girls State program or an American Legion
Boys State Program. (2012 program year) See application for additional
requirements.
Application is available as a PDF file, and can
be filled out using your Computer Keyboard.
You will need
Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file.
Please read the RULES carefully ( page 1)
for each application you submit! Click on Application of your choice, fill
it out using your computer keyboard, and print it.
Note:
After you fill out an application, (PDF
format) it is suggested you print several copies,
and keep one for your
records. You can not
save them
to your computer with your information filled out unless you have the full
version of Adobe Acrobat.
IMPORTANT:
If you win a
National Scholarship, the
Scholarship Certification Form
or similar statement must be received by the:
National Treasurer, American
Legion Auxiliary
National Headquarters

at least 30 days prior to the date the funds need to be
received by the college or university.
