Commander's Biography

Bill lives in Albany with his wife Lori. They have four children Sarah, Mark, Katherine and Matthew.

He served on active duty with the US Air Force from 1974-1977 at the Eglin Air Force Bas in Florida. He worked at base operations as an air operations specialist.

Bill attended Potsdam and Albany State Universities and was a political science major. He has been employed by CSX Transportation since 1993 and is currently a locomotive engineer.
