Carpenters are builders. Our President's logo is BEES and I am a Carpenter bee. My job is to build. As such, I am prepared to build an amount of cash to help our Department office with whatever may be needed. Not an amount that will break the bank, just an amount you will never feel......... 15 cents per member!  Can't even buy a pack of gum for that price, so-bee prepared to hear from me.

If your area still has the S&H stamps your quota would be 60 per member. Sixty coupons are worth fifteen (15) cents when submitting money instead of coupons.

County Treasurer: Please submit remittance sheets with checks payable to the American Legion Auxiliary, Department of New York. Send to American Legion Auxiliary, Department of New York, 112 State Street, Suite 1310, Albany, NY 12207.

Money equivalent formula for coupons:
Unit membership goal times 60 coupons per member, divide total by 1,200, multiply total by $3.00
Example for goal of 150: 150 x 60 = 9,000. 9,000 / 1,200 = 7.5. 7.5 x $3.00 = $22.50.

Send stamps or cash each month and let's keep our Unit and County Bees working for a goal. A goal that could benefit our Beekeeper, Queen Bee, and our Department.

REPORTING PROCEDURE:

Coupons and checks received after May 10, 2010, will be credited in the next administration.

Note: Forms are in PDF Format  and can be filled out using your computer keyboard. However, you cannot save data typed into any  forms unless you have the Full Version of  Adobe Acrobat software! Please print at least 2 copies of your completed form, mail one to the chairman, and save one for your  records. If you try to e-mail it without the Full Version of  Adobe Acrobat software, the chairman will receive a BLANK PAGE...
