All members attending MID-WINTER
Conference
Friday evening between
4:30 and 7:00 pm the Marriott will be offering a buffet supper at a cost for
anyone interested.
Mid Winter Conference January 27th & 28th, 2012
It will be held at the Albany
Marriott, 189 Wolf Road, Albany, New York 12205. Rooms will be $114.00 per
night (Single, Double, Triple or Quad). Please call the hotel directly at
518-458-8444 to make your reservations. As always, you will need to present
tax-exempt form ST-119.5 with an original signature at time of check in, as
well as a copy of your tax-exempt number. DEADLINE for hotel reservations
is January 17, 2012.
There will also be a Junior Conference
organized by the Department Junior Activities Chairman, Kim Quick, with
details to follow. A separate Junior member registration form available
soon.
The cost of this two-day conference will be
$30.00 and this includes all scheduled activities for the two days,
audiovisual equipment rental fees, meeting room charges, conference program
booklet, Saturday morning coffee and the luncheon. Luncheon tickets will be
collected.
We are very pleased that our National President, Kris Nelson will be in
attendance! A reception will be held in her honor, so you will have a
chance to meet her personally. Attendance is limited-so get your
reservations in early.
